Star Wars Flash Mob In Times Square Fozen In Time

Recently in Times Square an epic flash mob took place to celebrate the release of the new Star Wars The Old Republic game. In the midst of many unsuspecting people, fully costumed and regular flash mobbers took part in an epic Star Wars battle that was frozen in time.

This paused cosplay event was not only epic because of its scale, but also because it pushed cosplay costume design a whole lot further when it comes to flash mobs. The event started as if it was going to be a staged display for Star Wars before escalating into a full fledged flash mob with bystanders joining into the act. Preparations of this scale have never been seen before, and could be the start of a new standard.
